Hello, I'm Geoff Churchill.
I'm a freelance medical writer and science communicator based in France, working with charities, healthcare organisations and life science companies to create accurate, engaging content that makes complex science accessible.
Growing up in New Zealand, I was addicted to reading, writing and nature. Eventually this tripartite love was married to science, culminating in an MSc from the University of Waikato in animal physiology. I've made sure to keep my work experience varied - a wildlife ranger, a beekeeper, a science communications officer, a conservation project manager, a genetics laboratory assistant, and a contracts manager to name a few.
Today I combine those scientific, project management and communications skills with specialist training in medical writing to produce clear, trustworthy content for patients, healthcare professionals, NGOs, NFPs and the public.
